O。Illumination☆

I went Saisyunkan com. to see illumination with my club member. It was so beautiful☆ I felt like I’m in Dream land. Before the illuminate, we waited the time for about 30 minutes in the car. There was a line of many cars front of the company, and we were in it. It is very popular, and we have to drive through the car.

I wanted to go in the illuminating castle, but I couldn’t. I took pictures from the car. At last, there was an area to take pictures out of the cars. We got cars off, and enjoy illumination.

When I see illumination, I feel happy and that this year ends.

We Are Hawks☆

I renewed club Hawks member! I’ll boost their next year, too. I expect nice play with the rookies. Imamiya is small player, but he will do nice play, because he was a good player at high school. I hope that Hawks win the next season!

Due to season off, I miss baseball game and players. I’ll go to Miyazaki with my friends to see them next February♪ I really look forward it!! We are planning it, but we can’t form smoothly. My friend and I often stray. We have to book a hotel soon=3 (95 words)

Work for Speaking class

I discussed with a group having an idea. It was that we need amusements; a bowling area and a movie theater in KGU, because we can refresh and enjoy their campus lives.

However I disagree with the idea, because students come to the school to study. If we have these amusements, more students would skip their classes. I also think we the school doesn’t have enough area to built them, but there are bowling areas and a movie theater near KGU. We don’t have to build new one. We have library, and we can enjoy seeing movies there, too.

I also feel the plan cost huge money. Who pays it? Even if the school pays it, we would have to pay to the school more. I don’t want to do. I worry whether we have to pay or not when we play there, and if we have to do so, how much it costs. It is hard for me to cost high school expenses and the fees.

KGU doesn’t need the amusements. I enjoy my school life yet. (178 words)

I’m a Japanese speaker and my family too. My Japanese learning had started since I was born. I’m sorry I don’t know when I began to learn Japanese. However my memories are with Japanese and Amakusa dialect. On the other hand I remember when I started to study English. It is when I was 4 years old, and I study it yet in my university. I also study Spanish a little. In the future, I want to work with English.

In the future, I want to be a flight attendant for an international carrier and go all over the world. That needs high English skill. Even if I can’t, I will work with English. I also want to enjoy English with seeing movies, watching TV program, and listening to music. Speaking of other languages, I’ll study Spanish too. Many people use Spanish all over the world. If I speak both English and Spanish, I can communicate more people, and learn more about their cultures. I’m afraid that my Japanese skill is not perfect. I hope to develop it, too.

I had a lot of homework and need preparation of the class. Thanks of the classes, my English developed, but that was not practical. I always studied it on the desk, and spoke with Japanese people.

Then my Japanese learning leveled up, too. I didn’t like Japanese class, because I couldn’t understand writers’ idea. I often got worth grade.

When I was a senior high school student, I studied more difficult English. I had oral English classes, writing classes and reading classes. My teacher asked to memorize many words, too. At times, I had exams to check how many the words I remember or not. I studied English to pass the entrance exams.

I began to study old Japanese, too. It was so hard! I had to memorize old Japanese words. I got more worth grades at Japanese test. However I spoke Japanese better than English, of cause.

Currently I study English in KGU. The reason why I chose this is that I want to speak English well. I would like to work with English. I study English every day, but I’m afraid that I can’t speak it fluently, or listen or read it well. I worried whether I can be a good English speaker, and I decided to go to the English speaking country for a month. I hope that going and staying there will give me valuable experience, and enable to develop my English ability. I study English not only at school, but also at home to pass Eiken, an English ability test in Japan, and level TOIEC score up. These might help me find work in the future.

My Spanish and Japanese stop to study now, because I don’t take these classes. Furthermore, there are a little Spanish around me. I hardly see Spanish in the town. Yet I want to study it again, and I do my best to develop my Spanish ability. I need to develop my Japanese one, too. I have to not only learn Japanese skill but also study Japanese literature.

My English studies started at four ages, when I studied speaking, listening and reading skills and grammar in junior and senior high school. I think, however, what I learned was not practical. It is only what I needed to know in order to pass the exam to enter the next school. At university, I learn more practical English. I want to gain such as English to use in everyday life. I need practical English, especially speaking skill. It is the best way to communicate. I would like to tell jokes in English, and understand American jokes, too. (755 words)

I had a dinner with my club members. I planed two surprises. My friends and I planes one of them. The target is one of the members who left it. She will stop school out temporally. We made message board to her, and we present out of the clear sky. In fact we told her that we won surprise another for birthday. The surprise was good! However I had another nobody knows (^w^) I asked the restaurant to cater birthday cake. Two of my friends came of age last month, and one of them will come of age this month☆ The stuff turn light down, and sang birthday song! It was success!!! The Conflict

Interveiw Imformation Review in Speaking class

I’ll report you our interview about elevators in KGU. Some students gave us new ideas. It was interesting.

Most of the students think more elevators in KGU are need for us. Especially in the 4th building, the 11building and the 12th building, there are not enough ones. There are many classes we often use, and many students are. In the 4th building has 4 floors and the 12th has 5 floor, nut there are only each one elevator. The 11th building has 7 floors. Some stairs are provided, but it is hard to go up to the 6th and the 7th floor. Most of the students use the elevator to go there classes. And it is uncomfortable for wheelchair user. In those classes, a lot of people have been late with congestions. Before class starting, there are often long lines in front of elevators. Therefore I think we need more elevators.

How many elevators do you think we need? The much answer is 2 in each building. Other is 3 more. It is better to build a few elevators, but it costs a lot to provide an elevator in fact.

By the way, some are sick in it, because of moving and smell. We ask whether they have been sick in it or not, and I found a little students have. I thought there are more students have, so I was surprised. I often feel bad in it. Then we have an idea to set up escalators. We asked some students whether they want escalators in stead of elevators. They want escalators, because they can avoid the congestion.

Not only about elevators and escalators, but also we surveyed about tunnel connecting buildings and other ones. We use many buildings every day. We feel a groom on rainy days and hot days. Today, ultra-violence shower and stimulate our skin. We need some thing to avoid them, so we have an idea of tunnel. Almost student agree with the idea. They feel like us; ultra violence is danger. Then we think which is better to building the tunnel on the ground or under the ground. Out of my idea, many students said on the ground. I guess it mar the beauty of the scenery to do it on the ground. However some are afraid of incidents, if it is build under the ground. I wound which is better.

Due to this interview, I found we need more elevators, and the tunnel as possible. I hope to get more elevators or set up escalators in KGU. It may give us more comfortable campus life. (431 words)

I had a survival English class yesterday. I’m going to go to Australia next February in KGU program. The class is to prepare the trip. Ash who is a foreign student in KGU taught us English. Traditional Food in Amakusa

Do you know GANEAGE?! This is traditional food in Amakusa. It is like tempura of potato. However we eat it for snack. Its batter is like doughnuts. It is sweet, and I like it!

Yesterday I was in Amakusa, and I cooked it with my mother. There were a lot of potatoes which our neighborhoods gave my family. And I wanted to eat it very much☆

It is easy to cook, but cutting potatoes is heard. Potato is tough. My arm was tired. After cutting potatoes, put them in batter. And Fry them. The batter has flour, egg, sugar and water.

Stew make me warm♡

It was so cold, yesterday. My friend and I backed home with crying “How cold!” I wanted to have hot stew. As soon as I got to home, I cooked spinach stew. I put skim milk for milk. I heard skim milk has low fat and high calcium. Frankly it was not so good. It was thin, so I put more seasoning. It wasn’t like ordinal stew, but it was good. And the stew made me warm. Love My Friends

I met my old friends. We hadn’t seen each other since this summer, so I was grad to see them, and talk a lot. I feel always, I met them, they haven’t changed themselves. Therefore I enjoyed talking with them about old memories and how we are.

Nabe with Aya (Nov. 9th)

I had dinner with my friend, Aya at my home. She had mush chicken, so we cook pot dish. When she looked row chicken, she cried! It was soft and a little slimy. She said “Rid off fat and wash them closely!” But I thought if I do so, umami might go away, so I said “No! We need to wash so mush!” In spite of that, she washed them very carefully. Then we put vegetable, chicken with soup in a pot. After stew them for about 20 minutes, we put mochi (rice-cake) and stew more.

Having finished ready for dinner, we enjoy it! Mochi was so soft and delicious♡. Chicken we hard cooked was also good. Although there were much ingredient, we ate almost them (^u^)

On next that day, we ate zosui for breakfast. I cooked it with soup of the nabe. Good soup helped me to cook breakfast. I enjoyed the breakfast.

Halloween is a time to observe and honor saints. People believed that the souls of the dead come back to earth to visit their families or friends on Nov.1. I feel this is similar with Japanese obon. On the day, Japanese light Japanese lanterns. On Halloween, lanterns made from pumpkin are lighted. Don’t you feel they are similar?

I think Halloween has exciting a ceremony whish obon doesn’t have. It is to dress-up and walk around the town asking “Trick or treat”, I said before. The parade is to discourage and frighten away these spirits. They believe the spirits are evils. While Japanese believe spirits are our ancestors, and my family. Banana-cake with mom (Nov. 2nd)

I cooked banana-cake with my mother. There are ripe bananas and many eggs, so we had to cook them. My mother is a good chef. I learned how to cook the cake from her. Cut banana. Mix egg, flour and baking-pounder. We don’t put batter. I cooked it for the first time, but it was good. Everyone said it was delicious. It took about 30 min. except time to bake. Back home, I would like to cook cakes with other fruit with my mother. (84words)

1. People should drive cars more than take buses or train. The reason is recently the swine flu infects all over the world, and it has killed a lot of people. We must avoid the situation people crowd like in buses and trains.

I spoke about “Travel” at my speaking class. I’ll introduce my manuscript.

Hi, I want to talk about my travel. I went to S. Korea last my vacation. There were many interesting things.

1. A starch picker
A picker is a tool. You often use it to rid dust off. In Japan, it is wooden, right? But in Korea, it’s made from starch. Starch is in rice, flow and potato. So we can eat it. And it has colorful. I found green one.

2. Meals
@Pickle on every time
There were pickles anytime we had meals. And they were free. So when a dish empty, the stuff cater more.
→Kimch; Korea is famous for kimch. Of cause, I often ate it and saw it. When I visit market, much red pepper was sold. Koreans seems to make kimch at home. I also found chocolates having red pepper. I tried it. It is a little spicy, but taste was the chocolate.
→Green pickles; It is Japanese radish. It was pickled with wasabi and vinegar. It is colorful.

As you see, some dishes are silver. Not pottery like Japanese. Do you know why it is? I heard the reason chopsticks made by iron. It is to use for an arm when enemy offend while having meal.
I have another thing I found at dinner. Korean use scissors to cut food. I know they use it to cut meat at BBQ. However they use it to cut seafood. When I had the seafood, the stuff did. We use food scissor to break shell of crabs in Japan, but I had never seen to use it to cut octopus.

3. Drive so fast
I took a taxes on anytime, I felt so fast! I looked the speed meter, it showed 100klometers per hour! It was so cool, like a roller costar. Many cars ran more than Kumamoto, but they drove fast. I thought they are good drovers.

I don’t have TV in my room in Kumamoto (I watch TV program on my computer.), so I’m grad to watch TV at home. My family bought big one, and they record my favorite TV program. I enjoy them.

Foods are good, too! We can get flesh fish and vegetable, in Amakusa, and my mother is a good chef. (Though, sometimes she fails…) While I stay my home, my mother cooks my favorite food tempura or curry and rice. My family has fields to grow oranges; I like them, very much. Decopom Oranges in Amakusa are famous. I like its jam my grand-pa makes. In Kumamoto, I really miss them.

Favorite places (revise)

I have two favorite places.One of them is Tokyo Disney Land. Although I had visited there just one time, I love there. I felt to be in the dream, and I had fun like children in there. I’d been to one of my favorite place, Amakusa last weekend. On last Saturday, it was fine. I took a walk around my house. Speaking Amakusa, most of the people may think beautiful beach, but my house is in a mountain. There are a lot of trees and bamboos. It is so comfortable place to take a walk. When I walked in the mountain, I found chestnut’s trees, and there were a lot of chestnuts fallen. I also found one on the tree. I was exciting, and pick them up.

After back to home, I talked to my grand-pa about it. Then he opened the refrigerator, and took out many chestnuts! “You can eat them as you like.” he said. I felt how rich in Amakusa. At last I went back Kumamoto without eating them, because they hadn’t cooked, and there were a lot of other dish I love.

Okonomiyaki-♪

Do you like okomomisaki?! I love it. I tried to cook without flour. Instead of it, I put tofu! Stir tofu and an egg. Add a lot of cut cabbages and some ingredients. It is difficult to bake the okonomiyaki, because it is soft. Turn it over carefully.

Lawson recently has sold new sweet “premium roll cake”. I had wanted it since I saw the advertisement. At last, I got it. Lunch

At the first time for two month, I made lunch to bring to the school. I have had no class in this morning, and I have a meeting of my club at lunch time. I’m often late the meeting, because I have lunch at my home. Yet I’ll be in the time today☆

In my lunch box, there are rice balls, cabbage salad and teriyaki tasted ganmodoki and okra. Ganmogoki is made by tofu and some vegetable, so it is healthy. Leaders' Camp -21th and 22th.Sep

I joined to the camp. It was active and fine! The first day, my friend and I climbed a mountain. Top of the mountain was rock and we could see wonderful view! Climbing the mountain was a little hard, but nice view welcomed us. Since I enjoyed running around mountains when I was a child, I was reminded my childhood.

In the afternoon, we play some sports; footrace, relay race and so on. I ran a footrace with some obstacle. I found a candy in flour, around a bat, through a ball to the targets and picked a card. I picked up lucky card, so I won the race!! I also ran relay race, but my team was lost..However I had a funny time.

At night, camp fire! We had games. The last game was team play food fighter. We had to eat 2 French breads with chocolate. In the game, we won second! My team member was great! I had it only two of piece (^^;). Finally, we won third in total grade. Thank you, my team!

The last day, we had a leaving rate, and went back the school.

I studied about Hotel work at Mitsui Garden Hotel near Tokyo Disney Land. This is an activity of my school circle. We learned hospitality and how to run the hotel. The staffs were warm and told us a lot. The hotel is famous for family, because it has large rooms and large bath, and all staff is friendly. The study was good for me.

Dinner -4th.Sep

My friends and I went back Jagalchi Market, and had dinner. It was seafood cooked in a pot at the table. There were rare foods in pot. The staff used a scissor to cut foods. What dynamic it was!! I was surprised again.

The soup was great! After eating seafood, we put noodle. And we ate all. Everyone including me was impressed! It was wonderful dinner.

After enjoying in Jagalchi Market, we went to International Market. It is near Jagalchi Market. In International Market, there is big theater which Bussan film festival is held. I’m sorry we didn’t see movie, we just went through front the building. I would like to visit there next time.

I enjoyed shopping again. There were a lot of goods, and they were very inexpensive. I bought sneakers, room wear and manicures. I told “Kakka-chuseyo”. It means “please discount”. I could get sunglass and sneaker by more inexpensive price with this way.(^^) I also enjoyed talking with Korean. They were friendly and warm.

While shopping, we had Korean food; a toppoki, a hotto, Korean doughnut, a Korean flankfurt (It has potato.) and pulgogi burger.

When we had rest over sitting bench, we saw Korean. As you know, the Koran is different from Japanese. All I saw, head and ate were flesh and interesting! (152 words)

After having lunch, we went to another duty-free shop; Paradise Duty Free Shop. I bought cosmetics.

Next we visited Jagalchi Market. This is big and famous market in Bussan. There is near sea, so many kind of seafood are sold. Our tour conductor told us not to raw fish because they are not told perfect safety. Yet we had them a little. (^b^) We couldn’t stand to do front of fresh fish! We ate flatfish and sea urchin. Of cause, they were good! In Korea, they eat sashimi with vegetable like eating barbeque. I also did, it was nice. I felt better than just sashimi.

In Jagalchi Market, there is not only sea food, but also pepper, fruit, vegetable and bread! Very interesting place☆ (125words)

Korean breakfast -4th.Sep

We had rice porridge with abalone for a break fast. It was so good! In fact, I was not so hungry, because I ate much before the day. Therefore I didn’t feel to eat breakfast a little. Yet, since the rice porridge was delicious, I had it all☆

It smelled sesame oil and had Korean laver on rice, so it was oilier than Japanese one. However I was taken up with the taste. I feel it is best in Korean food I had in this trip.

PiSOLiNO♪

I had lunch with my friends who love baseball♪ We went to vegetable buffet restaurant; PiSOLiNO. You can pizza, pasta, salad, fruits and some dish by 1380 yen at lunch there! It is inexpensive, isn’t it?! There are many vegetables, so it is healthy, and all of dishes were good☆ I really ate much. 3 my friends and I ate 7 pizzas!!

Flight to S.Korea! -3rd,Sep.

I left for S.Korea with my friends. We visited Bussan. As soon as arrived there, we had lunch. Of cause, Korean food! My friends and I enjoyed having Pajyon and bibimbap. Not only those, there were also kimchi and some pickles. We could eat many vegetables. Most of them were spicy, but I like it! They were good for me. I felt Korean food is healthy☆

After that, we went to shopping at Lotte duty-free shop. I bought a lot of face packs. (^^;) They are gift to my friend and my family. The gift for me is eye shadow by channel☆ I never been rich, so I bought it there, and it is the most inexpensive one.

Next we went to beauty salon! I would like to go there. We experienced oil massage, cucumber face pack, and herb steam and so on. It was really relax time. I also wore the traditional Koran dress; chimageogori. I was happy and fun♪

At dinner, we had Koran barbecued and Korean alcohol; makgoli. Barbecued was great☆ but makgoli was not good for me..

My 20th birthday came 2nd Sep. I was happiest day thank of my love friends and my fond baseball♡

I watched great game! The before day, Hawks lost against Buffaloes; 2-7. I few worried because I don’t want to watch lose game on my birthday. However, on that day, Hawks played good! Mr. Kawasaki and Mr. Honda defended by w play. Mr. Tanoue and Mr. Matsunaka hit home-runs. Especially the best play I move was Mr. Matsunaka’s. He has injury in his knee, but he ran toward second over enduring the pain. My MVP at the day was he.

The team won; 6-1!! Great!!!

Happy dinner at tutti

I had dinner with my friends at Italian restaurant; tutti. It is by the tsutaya at shimotori. All of dishes were good! Staff and atmosphere of the restaurant were fine, too! We really enjoyed having dinner ♪In fact, one of my friend and I had planed surprised show to another friend whose birthday is 30th Aug; serve birthday cake after dinner. I arranged a birthday present, and my friend would ready a birthday cake. However the cake she arranged had not only the birthday friend’s name but also my name on chocolate plate ΩAΩ!!! My birthday is the next day! I moved. I felt my deepest gratitude to her. Thank her♡

I had seen Aladdin & His magical lamp by Disney, but I read other ver. one for the first time. This book is a little difference from Disney’s. By my memory, there was no evil magician’s brother in the Disney’s and the princess is Aurora not Badr. It is interesting.

I want to a magical lamp! If I get it, what I wish?? Since impossible phenomenon, I want t o ask the genie what I can’t do well.

Sky in Autumn

It is cloudy and rain a little, today. I feel that long time no rained.

Until yesterday, very big sun had shined. I felt autumn coming since it had been dry. I like the season, so I can’t wait autumn coming.

However I have a bad point of the season. The reason is that baseball season close…I felt sadness a little. I love watching baseball games. I hope it come spring soon bit.

Hawks vs. Lions on 20th, August

I went to a baseball game, Hawks vs. Lions, with my friend. We seated SS reserved seats behind backstop. There was nice view!! I saw a player in next batter circle by him! It’s wonderful☆ Talking the game, Hawks wan(><)/ Mr. Kawasaki played nice! Mr. Kokubo and Mr. Tanoue hit homeruns! Nice pitting by Mr. Settsu and Mr. Mahara!

I went to the dome for the third time in this year. I had never seen fire-works displayed just after winning games, but I saw it this time☆ It was great!!

On the way to home, my friend and I saw Mr. Mahara and Mr. Honda driving. We waved them, and they replayed waving their hands. We were really excited! It was a great day! I felt to do my best in my life! (135 words)

Sunburn

I am brown and my skin peels now… because I went beach and pool. I was shocked. I was really regretted. I ought to have take measure against sunburn.

Fire Works

Beach in Otachi, Aug 11th

I went to beach in Otachi, Ashikita with HOSPI-my club.
Beach is great!! I have gone to beach every summer. I love it☆
I often visit beach in Amakusa, because I’m from there. My favorite beach is Mogushi. It is beautiful beach! Why don’t you visit there?

I visited beach in Otachi for the first time. It was nice, too. (I felt Mogushi is better in mind..) We enjoyed swimming and playing beach volley ball.

After all, what I was happy was to see HOSPI. I like summer vacation, but I feel lonely. I’m looking forward to see them♡ (101 words)

Kikuchi-Valle

My friends took me Kikuchi valley. The view was very nice and it was cool. Water was too cool to soak my feet for long time!! I thought my feet were frozen. It was 34 degree at Kumamoto city that day. Yet I was comfortable at the valley.

At lunch we ate rice with roast chicken at a restaurant near there. It was inexpensive and good! Then we visited Yamaga. I ate a cup of mango Italian ice-cream. I like mango and it had real mango. I was really satisfied.

On the way to home, we got white taiyakis. I had never eaten it and I had wanted to eat before. Eaten it, I was happy♡ It was like rice cakes.

Amakusa Friends♡

I had dinner with my friends. They are from Amakusa, and I am. We spent high school life together. We chatted about new life and high school life. Not only that I enjoyed yakiniku↑↑We visit Genkini-Donto! near Daie in Shimotori. It was inexpensive and they have a great variety of foods. I like rice cake having cheese in.

Then another friend added us, we went to Peace☆ The bar looked like Hawaii! We also enjoyed chatting there.

Parfait♡6th Aug

I went to eat a big parfait with my friends, Taka and Shiori. Shiori took us there. We would challenge to eat a big parfait as big as bucket. However it was too big to eaten by three girls, so we challenged one as big as pitcher. Nevertheless we couldn’t eat up. It was good, but we were full up.

Then we went shopping☆ I bought swim suit. It is so cute♡ and inexpensive! I would like to beach many time!! ……Oops! I must lost my fat (++;; When I tried it on, there were fat on the top of skit..

This story is new, made in 2000. However it is not modern story but old. There are a water tank and a broom in the story.

It is sorcerer’s story, I like the garner. I used to hope to be a witch. I feel good that at last Max was taught magic from Sticklewick. However it was bad not to obey his promise! We have to keep the promise, don’t you?! (71 words)

BR2-02: Rumpelatiltakin

The story is interesting. I feel that a little man, Rumpelstitskin is kind, because he spun much straw into gold, and he got just Anna’s necklace and ring. Although after he spun straw into gold, Anna has lived happy life with King and her son, Rumpelstitskin hasn’t changed his life and lived alone. I though Anna ought to have done in return for his kindness more. At least I feel good, because Anna becomes happy.

I wish I could see the little man Rumpelstitskin. (84 words)

Today is so hot, but I feel cool by reading this story. I like to make snow men. I make it when it is snow. However I had never made as big as me. In the book, all snow men are big. I want to see them in fact.

The book has 3 stories of snow men, and they are alive! It is fantastic☆ I like the second story best. The story is funny, and makes my heat warn. (81words)

Lunch on Today

I’ll show vegetable dish again. I cooked sweet and sour pork by a recipe showed on TV. When we cook the sweet and sour pork, we don’t have to fry pork and vegetable. So I could do. You use pork rid. Sprinkle some salt and starch on the rid. Wad it and put frying pan. Put vegetable-onion, tomato and green pepper. You have to turn the rid just 3 time. At last put sauce. It was easy and delicious. I want to cook again!! (84 words)

My Summer Vacation Starts ♪

All my exams had over until on 29th, July, so I was off on 30th. In the morning, I went to a beauty salon. I had wanted cut my long hair because it was hot.

I went there for the first time. My friends introduced it to me. The salon was clean and staffs were good! I must have been there for 4 hours to have perm and color my hair, but I was comfortable. I like someone to wash my hair. A staff washed it too good to be sleepy. At last a staff massaged me. I had a good time. Of cause I was satisfied my new hair style☆

In the evening, I had a dinner with my friends. I had not have dinner with them for a long time. I talked a lot and ate good dish. I like fried chicken. It was very nice♡ I talked new friends, too. They were good! I hope to make better relationship.
