Healthy Risotto

I cooked risotto. There were chicken and a lot of vegetable, and I put millet and rice. It was so healthy. I have tried to lose my weight but I can’t keep eating a little. However, I satisfied little this risotto. It can be also leave, so it is good for me, living alone. This book I bought the restaurant “Italian Tomato” shows me how to cook it. There are dishes looks good. My risotto looks bad, so I put no picture, but it was delicious.
It’s getting summer, and we wear scanty clothes. I feel it is good to lose my weight with eating delicious meal. (107 words)

Hawks vs. Giants

Did you watch a baseball game; Hawks vs. Giants?!
At the first game, Hawks defeated Giants!! Hawks has won six straight games!!! Now it is the best team, so I expect V2 in the exchange game.

BR1-09: Biscuit Finds a Friend

The binging is so cute. There are Biscuit; a dog and duck. When I look it, I wanted to read. The story is so easy that I read just for 5mins. While Biscuit taking a walk with the owner, he found a duck is lost. The owner and he took it to pond. There is the duck’s family there. They played there and back to home. That’s all.

I learned onomatopoeia in English. At first when I read the story, I don’t know “woof” and “quack”. Woof is dog’s cry and quack is duck’s cry. They are different against Japanese. It is interesting!(103 words)

Essay1-02a: University life

It’s said that university students spend boring time because they are free and have a lot of time. Surely they have more free time than other. However, they work jobs or try anything. Their lives are massive. They enjoy their lives.

I stay at my school almost a day, having three or four classes every day. Not only that I have a lot of homework, so I come to school on some weekends to do them. I want to get some licenses, so I also study for them. Living alone, I cook, go shopping at the market and launder by myself. I belong to a club. We act about once a week; playing game, studying about service and having dinner. It is important for me to make friends or refresh. In addition to I excise once a week to lose my weight and keep health with my friends.

Some my friends are busier than I. Some work part time jobs, play sports everyday, go to two schools and so on. Students working part time jobs look very hard. They work after school until midnight or holiday. They sometimes enjoy go anywhere, barbeque or play games.

Other students go abroad, join some volunteer activities, and go to driving school and so on. It takes a lot of time to go abroad. I think it is better to go while student. Going abroad make us broaden our horizons, too. It’s a good experience to volunteer.

The time spend university life is moratorium. In my opinion, students spend time for their future; themselves and social they live. Students do that and enjoy. Thanks to free time, their university lives are valuable. I’m also grateful for the time and people around me who give it. I want to try things I can do only university life. (302 words)

I recommend this bakery. There are a lot of delicious bakes. My favorite one is carry bun. It is so good that I eat two at once. Melon bun are popular, too.

My other class

I have a class for studying abroad. I like this class, I'll go to Minnesota, USA. I'm look forward to visit there. I talk about it with my friends while the class. We plan something. For example, take a walk, go shopping and show our host family something. I'll bring "musyagaeshi" to my host family. I like it. I hope they like it. I also I'll buy "jinbe" for them. It is easier than yukata to wear. I think it's a good idea. (83 words)

BR1-08: FLUFFY'S VALENTINES

Fluffy is a guinea pig, he is had in the class of Ms.Day. He is fondled by the class. The day before Valentine’s Day, students were decorated Valentine’s boxes to show what they love. Fluffy thought that they love him, so he expected them to decorate the boxes for him. Yet they showed a pink ribbon, a famous runner, a shark and so on, but Jasmine and Wade decorated their box for Fluffy! There was an apple in the box.
After then, another class student came the class and said that Fluffy smells funny, so the classmate took her bath. At first he squealed and squealed, but Emma made it stop. He felt good in the tub. He became to like taking bath. He smelled like a shampoo.
On Valentine’s Day, he met a guinea pig from Mr. Lee. He was bad pig. He ate Fluffy’s apple and do what fluffy warn not to do, so they didn’t get along.

The story is funny. The students are very kind. I think Fluffy is happy. It is hard to have pets, but it is good for the student to have pets. The reason is to cherish animals and lives. I think it is better Fluffy to be flexible. (207 words)

University Life

I enjoy my university life. I like to talk with my friends. Recently I talk about baseball with my friends. It’s nice to talk about my hobbies and my dream. I often have a lot of homework, so I usually do them with my friends at school. I do them well, because my friends help me.

At home, I have live alone science I entered the KGU. At first, it was hard for me to cook cleaning and clean my room by myself, and sometimes I was miss my family. Yet, now, I’m comfortable to live alone, because I get accustomed to do them. Additionally, I’m free. I get to keep my pace.

On weekends, my friends and I go to a gym to excise. We have tired to diet for coming summer. It also reduces my stress. Sometime I go shopping, have dinner and go to karaoke with my friends.

I satisfy my university life, but I want to do more. For example, I want to get some licenses and go abroad any times.（175　words）

Japanese Pasta

Today, I show you Japanese pasta I made. This is easy, too.

First While boiling pasta, slice an onion and heat them. Put them, soy sauce, sake and sweet sake for seasoning into the pan and fry them. When the pasta has boiled, put it into the pan. Mix them, and put them into the dish. Shift sesame, it will be ready. It is easy, isn’t it?!

There were little foods, so I used only an onion. If you have some vegetables, however, it is good to put other them.

Pasta with Salted cod roe spiced with red pepper

I made pasta with salted cod roe spiced with red pepper. My brother bought me salted cod roe spiced with red pepper from Fukuoka and I like pasta, so I tried to cook it.

I found the easy recipe out by net. I’ll show you. What you need are salted cod roe spiced with pepper, fresh cream, mayonnaise, grated garlic, drawn butter and pasta. Mix all except pasta. Then whip it. Put the sauce on the pasta. That’s all.

I took the picture just before my eating, so it was mixed. I’m sorry to be difficult to see it.

BR1-07: More Macdonalds

When I saw the title, I thought that the story is about Macdonald as the hamburger shop. In fact, Macdonald is family name, and there are no hamburgers.

The story is that building extra rooms at Macdonald because the house was too small to live the family. Jojo and Mouse, they are twins and share room, wanted a new room, and they never yield each other. One night Mouse couldn’t sleep. He recalled about living enjoy at their old room. At last he decided Jojo to have a new room.

It is a heartwarming story. The story made me think about brothers and sisters, because I have a brother and a sister. (112 words)

How I study English

I don't like to study English on the desk, so I see movies in English, and try to talk with foreigners. However when I remember words, I write and utter them on the desk.I think it is a good way to use English everyday, but it is difficult in daily life in Japan. It is important to do my best by myself. I endeavor to balance listening, speaking with writing.(72 words)

What I Learn in WrittingI.II

I learned how to use “so” “and”. We don’t have to use “so” “and” at the beginning of sentence. They are used in the sentence. For example “I ate a delicious cake. So I was happy.” is incorrect. Correct sentence is “I ate a delicious cake, so I was happy.” They are after comma(,) . (55 words)

BR1-06: The RUNAWAY PANCAKE

The story is that everyone chased a pancake. One day a mother was cooking pancakes for breakfast. When she tossed the first pancake, it jumped right out of the pan and rolled out of the door. It didn’t want to be eaten. The family chased it. While the pancake escaped them, other animal also chased it. They wanted to eat it. When the pancake wanted into the forest, it met a pig. Then it asked to help it, but the pig didn’t it. And the pig ate the pancake!!

I was scared. The pancake talked with the pig, but the pig didn’t hear it and eat it! I can’t eat my friends(>_<;; (112 words)

Girls' Party

On 8th, I went to izakaya “Toppen” with my friends. There were great dishes and good services!! Dishes were syabusyabu, tempura, sashimi and so on. Not only that, there are a lot of good drink. I was really satisfied☆　I also enjoyed talking with my friends, about the dreams, love stories and the family. They are older than I, so I leaned a lot. We were limited 2hours, but we were late for a hour because a lot of talk. However the staffs didn’t stop us. Instead of it, they said not to worry about time, and see of us with their smile. I had a great time there. I want to go there again. Anyone came with me?!(120 words)

Food/ eating habit

I like eating fat foods; like meats, cakes and so on. However I try to loss my weight, because summer is coming soon! I control my eating habits. I'm careful to take a lot of vegetables and not to take much fat foods in the evening. There are many delicious but high-calories foods in stores, so I also try to cook as I can. Nevertheless I can't stop eating ice-cream. (70 words)

The name of race “Cheese Rolling races” sounds good! I want to race. However it is dangerous and hard unexpectedly. They run down so steep hill-Cooper’s Hill that they can’t keep running. In past, 30 people were injured in an accident at the race. Nevertheless the race keeps on hold, and the crowds keep on cheering, the competitors keep on running. The writer asked us “Are they crazy?!” I don’t think so, because they enjoy it! I want to run down the hill with cheese!!(85 words)

BR1-04: Making a Fruit Salad

I like fruit salad, and it’s getting warm so I want to eat it more. According to this book, it isn’t difficult to make fruit salad. Get an apple, a banana, a pear, an orange and grapes. Cut the apple and the pear. Peel the banana and the orange, and cut them. Put them and grapes in a bowl. Put some sugar and some lemon juice on the fruit. Then mix up all the fruit in the bowl. That’s all.
It is so easy that I want to cook it.

Excuse me; the photo is difficult to see them. I didn’t flash because they would be scared.
The kitties are in the barn in my house. When I went back my home in Amakusa, my family told me that there have been four kitties in our barn recently. Then I went there to see them, there were two kitties. They were so cute. My cousins tried to catch, but they couldn’t. I wanted to hold them, too.
My family finds someone to be willing to have them. Anyone want kitties?!(95 words)

Onion Salad(*v*!!

I made onion salad this morning! It is my recent favorite food. I found out the recipe on the net. It is so easy that I make, and very healthy. Do you want to know how to cook?! Even if you don’t, I’ll show you. (^^＊I want you to make it. First slice onion, and warm them by electronic oven. While warming onions, make dressing. Blend olive oil, black pepper, salt and squeeze of lemon in a bowl. Chill warming onions by water, and drain them. After mix them with the dressing, Completion! That’s all. Try it! (99 words)

GW plans

I'll go back to Amakusa during this Golden Week. I have plans to meet my friends. We are going to play badminton and have BBQ. One of my friends hasn’t seen for 6 months. So I'm looking forward to see her very much. I want to talk a lot. Not only that, I'm looking forward to see my family. My mother, my sister and my grandma often visit me, but my father and my grandpa don’t. I haven't see them for a month. I hope to play catch or badminton with my dad and my brother. (96words)

One day, she got a motorized scooter, so she went to the shops by it. She liked going fast! She drove reckless in all over the town. Everyone in the town was surprised and angry. They went to her, and said “Slow down, Mrs. Brown!!” She reflected on her drive, and she never drove reckless.・・・But she raced her scooter at night!
I think it is valuable to live with doing what I want, so it is nice! However I mustn’t trouble for other. We have some rules to avoid troubles. We have to obey it for us.(132 words)
